Job summary

Houston Apartment Foundation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 197-unit community in North Houston / Greater Greenspoint. Responsibilities include completing resident work orders, responding to maintenance calls, performing general property maintenance and repairs, and assisting with preventative upkeep.

The role requires HVAC certification and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Strong maintenance and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Professional and dependable with good customer service skills.
• Must be available to work rotating Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls and resident concerns
• Perform general property maintenance and repairs throughout the community
• Assist with preventative maintenance and upkeep of the property
• Perform other duties as assigned
