You will oversee service requests, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors, while ensuring compliance with OSHA/EPA/Fair Housing standards. A strong leadership track record and hands-on technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Strong gas and HVAC experience (EPA Type II or Universal required).
• CPO certification preferred.
• Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Manage service requests and make-ready units efficiently.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with OSHA/EPA/Fair Housing standards.
• Train and supervise maintenance team members and vendors.
