Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Experience with Electrical
• Experience with Plumbing
• Experience with Carpentry
• Experience with Appliance repair
• Experience with General maintenance
• Ability to lead a team and manage vendors
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Own tools + reliable transportation
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and team performance
• Complete and manage service requests & make-readies
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule
• Maintain safety and compliance standards
• Train and mentor maintenance staff
• Manage inventory, supplies, and budget
• Coordinate vendors, inspections, and repairs
• Deliver prompt, professional service to residents
