Brookside Properties is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for a 112-unit community in Fairview, TN. You will oversee maintenance operations, manage service requests and preventative work, and lead a small team while coordinating with vendors.

The role requires 2+ years of multifamily maintenance, strong HVAC and EPA certification, and a proactive leadership mindset. Outdoor work and on-call availability are expected. Competitive pay with bonuses and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry repair skills.
• Proven leadership and excellent communication.
• Ability to work outdoors and stay active.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Handle service requests, turns, and preventative maintenance.
• Lead vendors and assist with hiring/training team members.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Manage inventory and stay within budget.
