Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support our small apartment communities in Middle Tennessee, including Mt Juliet, Watertown, and McMinnville.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall/painting and more; complete unit turns and exterior/grounds maintenance; travel to properties to provide hands-on support; and guide on-site teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience (USDA housing experience preferred).
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Availability for after-hours calls and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall/painting, and more.
• Complete unit turns, exterior and grounds maintenance.
• Travel to properties to provide hands-on support and resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Guide and support on-site teams while ensuring safety and quality standards.
