Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community in the Nashville market. This hands-on leadership role requires HVAC expertise, EPA certification, and apartment maintenance supervisory experience.

You will oversee on-site maintenance, supervise a team, manage resident service requests, and coordinate turns to support occupancy goals while ensuring safety and quality standards across the property.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment/multifamily maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all onsite maintenance operations.
• Supervise and support the maintenance team.
• Prioritize and complete resident service requests and maintenance repairs.
• Coordinate apartment turns and make-readies to support occupancy goals.
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance, inspections, and property upkeep.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and other building systems.
• Coordinate and manage outside contractors and vendors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained property.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation as needed.
