Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support our apartment communities in Middle Tennessee. You will lead on-site maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, and ensure timely unit turns with high quality standards.

Travel to properties is required to provide hands-on support, mentor maintenance staff, and uphold safety protocols. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience and EPA Type II or Universal certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall/painting, and more
• Complete unit turns, exterior, and grounds maintenance
• Travel to properties to provide hands‑on support and resolve complex maintenance issues
• Guide and support on‑site teams while ensuring safety and quality standards
