Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 112-unit community in Fairview, TN. You will oversee maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities, handle requests, turns, and preventive tasks.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multifamily maintenance, strong HVAC skills, and EPA Certification (Type II or Universal). You will lead vendors, train staff, and ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Strong HVAC skills and EPA certification (Type II or Universal).
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Leadership mindset with strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and basic tools.
• Ability to stay active and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Handle service requests, turns, and preventative maintenance.
• Lead vendors and assist with hiring/training team members.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
