You will oversee maintenance staff, lead special projects, and apply strong trade skills to keep buildings running efficiently.

We value safety, organization, and the ability to work independently with occasional overtime for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Three years of property maintenance experience.
• Proficient in building and mechanical trades.
• Knowledge of safety precautions and accident prevention.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi/RealPage a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise other maintenance staff and activities.
• Lead on special projects and ensure timely completion.
• Perform skilled maintenance and repair tasks.
• Maintain safety standards and accident prevention.
• Work independently on routine projects; escalate complex tasks.
• Occasional overtime for emergencies or special projects.
