Reliable Heating & Air, Inc. in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead the U.S. Data Infrastructure, Reporting & Analytics team and ensure data quality, governance, and scalable reporting across Finance and Operations.

This in-office role requires strong Power BI, Excel, SQL/R skills, experience with BI platforms, and experience with M&A integration. You will mentor analysts and coordinate cross-functional projects with IT and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, analytics, statistics, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years in reporting, analytics, BI, or data engineering with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, Excel, SQL/R and process automation; M&A integration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts across Finance, Operations, M&A Integrations, and Data Infrastructure.
• Oversee core reporting and analytics outputs including the Daily Sales Report, dashboards, financial reports, pricing models, commissions, and analytics.
• Govern standardized KPIs and data definitions; ensure data validation and QA across systems.
• Support M&A integration projects and coordinate with IT to standardize reporting environments.
