Job summary

Rheem seeks a Director of Analytics, Insights & AI in Atlanta to shape enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy. You will own the Enterprise Data Platform, advance Power BI adoption, and drive AI/ML initiatives that deliver measurable value.

Lead a team of 8–10 professionals, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales and HR.

Qualifications

• Experience directing analytics and AI strategy at scale.
• Strong governance of data quality and master data management (MDM).
• Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team and manage budgets/vendors.
