Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to bridge business needs with data solutions. You will oversee data quality, translate requirements, and deliver dashboards supporting Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on BI work with Power BI and other cloud/data warehousing tools. Location is Dayton, MN, with a full-time on-site commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related role.
• Proven experience building dashboards/reports in a modern BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and data warehousing principles.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write/optimize complex queries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests and priorities.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize data and reporting needs.
• Translate business questions into data extraction, transformation, and visualization requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards/reports using BI tools for self-service insights.
• Own data quality end-to-end and resolve data integrity issues with IT/Engineering.
• Document data definitions, metrics, KPIs, and reporting logic for consistency.
• Manage intake and prioritization of new data/reporting requests for quick turns and scalability.
• Analyze trends to surface insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors on data infrastructure and tooling.
• Train business users on access and interpretation of dashboards.
