Job summary

Reliable Heating & Air in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Reporting and Analytics Manager to lead the U.S. Data Infrastructure, Reporting & Analytics team. The role oversees reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure supporting daily operations, financial visibility, and scalable growth across U.S.

units. This is an in-office role requiring local residency. The manager will standardize reporting, ensure data quality, and coordinate with IT to align analytics with governance and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics, statistics, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years in reporting, analytics, BI, or data engineering with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL concepts, BI operations, and automated data refresh cycles.
• Proficient with Power BI, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, modeling), SQL/R or similar tools, and automation tools.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting M&A integration activities.
• Familiarity with Service Titan and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of data analysts across Finance, Operations, M&A Integrations, and Data Infrastructure.
• Oversee creation, maintenance, and distribution of core reporting and analytics outputs (DSR, dashboards, financial reports).
• Govern standardized KPIs, data definitions, and reporting conventions across U.S. units.
• Lead data governance, QA, and issue resolution to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional M&A integration reporting and data infrastructure transitions.
