Job summary

Madison College is seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics Infrastructure and Reporting to lead the enterprise analytics, reporting, and data integration environment. This role combines business intelligence, data integration, analytics, and cloud technologies with a strong focus on understanding institutional needs and delivering valuable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree plus 3+ years of relevant leadership experience.
Experience with enterprise analytics, reporting and data integration.
Experience in Azure-based analytics environments and cloud technologies.
Strong communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics infrastructure and reporting functions, establishing priorities and standards.
Oversee enterprise reporting, analytics and data integration to support decision-making.
Partner with college leadership to align analytics with institutional strategy and governance.
Develop and mentor staff, promote analytics excellence and data literacy across the college.
