Job summary

Madhive is seeking an experienced analytics leader to drive end-to-end reporting and measurement solutions on our product platform. You will translate complex business needs into technical specs, design scalable dashboards, and build automated ETL pipelines to empower internal teams and clients.

You will lead high-impact analytics projects, mentor analysts, and collaborate with data engineers on data models and integrations, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform) and data tooling.
• Experience leading complex analytics projects from requirements to implementation.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETLs and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of embedded analytics, APIs, and web concepts.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of complex reporting and analytics solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and implementations.
• Design scalable reporting frameworks, dashboards, and automation.
• Develop analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and data quality issues.
• Serve as SME for media measurement, visualization design, and reporting methodologies.
• Establish standards for validation, testing, and QA of reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data models and system integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data analysts.
• Lead analytics projects across teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate findings and risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
