Job summary

You will establish standards, govern the reporting environment, set priorities, and drive scalable, maintainable solutions. Travel up to 10% may be required; onsite presence up to four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, computer science, or related field; 8+ years BI/analytics experience.
• 3+ years leading multidisciplinary analytics and data engineering teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise BI solutions from requirements to production support.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and dashboard development skills with Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team supporting Tableau, Epic Clarity, Databricks, and related platforms.
• Translate business needs into scalable dashboards, reports, and data products.
• Establish reporting standards, governance, and high-quality data engineering practices.
• Prioritize work, manage demand, and partner with stakeholders across functions.
• Provide technical and functional direction for design, development, and deployment.
