Job summary

Medical College of Wisconsin seeks an Enterprise BI and Analytics Analyst to translate complex business needs into scalable analytics solutions. You will bridge stakeholders, BI developers, and IT to deliver enterprise dashboards, reports, and data products using SSAS, SSRS, Qlik, and Power BI.

You will lead requirements discovery, perform advanced data analysis, and develop data transformation logic for trusted insights. Strong SQL, data modeling, and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience preferred in analytics or BI roles.
• Experience translating complex business needs into scalable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytics initiatives translating requirements into scalable data models and dashboards.
• Partner with Workday reporting teams and BI developers to deliver enterprise analytics solutions.
• Design calculations, metrics, and transformation logic for consistent analytics across platforms.
• Mentor analysts and collaborate with BI developers to improve analytics quality and delivery.
