Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of reporting/analytics management experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support trip management software and related systems.
• Create, maintain, and distribute routine and ad hoc reports using SQL and reporting tools.
• Produce and analyze performance reporting including operational metrics and trends.
• Maintain reporting governance with definitions, schedules, QA, and audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, QA, and IT to drive data-driven decisions.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed.
