Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, computer science, management information systems, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, enterprise reporting, data engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or directing employees or multidisciplinary technical delivery teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise BI, reporting, and data solutions from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support.
• Demonstrated experience managing or providing technical leadership for reporting developers, analysts, data engineers, or other technical professionals.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of analytics and reporting developers, business intelligence professionals, and data engineers.
• Organize and prioritize team responsibilities, assign work, manage performance, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development and engagement.
• Provide technical and functional direction for the design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise reporting, analytics, and data engineering solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data, reporting, analytics, and engineering requirements.
• Establish and maintain governance practices, standards, documentation, quality controls, and lifecycle management.
