Job summary

Develop Health Inc. is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to own analytics at our AI-first healthcare startup in Menlo Park. You will reinvent how data is used to speed access to medications and shape both customer analytics and internal data products.

This hands-on role includes roadmap ownership, building trusted metrics, and scaling a self-serve analytics platform. You will collaborate with product, operations, engineering, and finance to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on analytics or data engineering experience.
• Deep SQL and dbt expertise.
• Experience with Snowflake or a modern cloud data warehouse.
• Ability to own problems and drive adoption across stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve analytics at Develop Health; build customer-facing analytics and internal data products.
• Strengthen metrics for patient access, automation, and outcomes; drive adoption.
• Develop an AI-native analytics platform with reusable skills and analytics agents.
• Collaborate with product, operations, engineering, finance, and GTM to impact decisions.
