Job summary

Bayesian Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Analytics to lead development of our clinical AI/ML product analytics infrastructure, frameworks, and tools for better client insights and decision making.

You will partner with client success, product, clinical, data science, and engineering teams to monitor KPIs, support clinical case reviews, and scale the data platform as our offerings expand across clients and domains.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or other relevant technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in building scalable, secure analytics infrastructure and tools on a cloud platform (preferably AWS).
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud data warehouses, transformation frameworks (dbt), workflow orchestration tools, and BI tools like Tableau or QuickSight.
• Experience handling PHI/PII data.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Clinical case review and investigation frameworks and tools to empower the clinical team.
• Data platform and analytics foundations to boost data platform scalability.
