Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a senior analytics leader to drive end‑to‑end analytics, data engineering, and AI‑enabled implementations for mid‑market construction clients. You will translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions and lead delivery, timelines, and budgets across multiple engagements.

You will partner with analytics leadership to scale capabilities, develop future leaders, and expand our analytics presence in key markets, while supporting proposals and solution design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years delivering analytics and data engineering; 3+ years consulting.
• Lead client engagements and build executive-level trust.
• Design cloud analytics on Snowflake, Fabric, Synapse, or Databricks.
• Strong SQL skills and ETL/ELT experience.
• Use AI-assisted analytics tools to improve delivery quality.
• Experience with DevOps/CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub, dbt).
• Understand cloud governance and operating models.
• Manage multiple priorities and proposals; construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analytics, data engineering, and AI‑enabled engagements for mid‑market construction clients.
• Communicate with construction leaders, tying tech discussions to business outcomes.
• Translate business needs into scalable analytics and AI solutions.
• Serve as delivery lead for scope, quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Scale analytics capabilities with industry leadership; develop future leaders.
• Coordinate teams across concurrent engagements and services.
• Identify expansion and cross‑selling opportunities aligned with policy.
• Support proposals, scoping, and solution design; provide performance feedback.
