Formación

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or data analytics preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in management consulting or data analytics preferred.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, and automotive experience desired.
• Proficiency in data storytelling or technical communication to top management.
• Some travel throughout the Midwest region, with up to 10% overnight travel.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tool.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and produce client deliverables and presentation material including qualitative and quantitative research design, data gathering, data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling to clients, including senior industry executives.
• Develop, execute, and analyze surveys and interviews to support client research objectives.
• Design and execute exploratory research using internal historical data and external data to support client services and methodologies.
• Develop and produce presentation material for public presentations and media requests.
• Contribute to practice development proposals, engagement letters, and client relationship-building activities.
