Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a finance or analytics-related field is required.
MBA or advanced degree is preferred for higher impact roles.
6–8 years of progressive FP&A, forecasting, budgeting experience is expected.

Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of data and analytics strategies for Joint Reconstruction performance.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to leverage data and insights for business outcomes.
Standardize data models, reporting frameworks, and dashboards for scalable performance management.
Drive development and adoption of advanced analytics, including predictive analytics.
Oversee data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Align data across functions, systems, and geographies for a cohesive view.
