Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum six years in business functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration).
• 2–4 years in Sales Force Optimization including deployment, targeting, and incentive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Champion performance metrics and continuous improvement for Deployment Organization.
• Utilize mapping and deployment software to develop new go-to-market strategies.
• Optimize territory design and field force structure.
