Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Analytics preferred.
• 6–8 years in financial planning & analysis, forecasting, budgeting or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of data and analytics strategies to support Joint Reconstruction business performance, commercial execution, and growth.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to leverage data, analytics, and insights for business outcomes.
• Standardize data models, reporting frameworks, and dashboards for consistent performance management.
• Drive development of advanced analytics (predictive and prescriptive) to improve decision-making.
• Oversee data governance including data quality, definitions, and stewardship.
• Align data across functions, systems, and geographies for a cohesive view of performance.
