Iberdrola is seeking a Lead Analyst for SS Automation Support in Rochester, NY. This role involves creating Purchase orders and Work Orders for the Automation department, supporting storm activation/restoration PO processes, and assisting with budgeting and billing inquiries.

The incumbent will interact with vendors and internal teams, contribute to monthly reporting, and help ensure system changes are implemented smoothly while maintaining accurate reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 3+ years of related experience or HS diploma with 7+ years.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Familiar with SAP database systems.
• Knowledge of procurement and budgeting terms.

Responsibilities

• Creates Purchase orders and Work Orders for Automation department.
• Supports Purchase Orders related to Storm Activation/Restoration.
• Assists with monthly and year-end budgeting processes.
• Handles external and internal billing requests.

This Lead Analyst must be a self directed person able to resolve problems that arise routinely on Automation projects.
