Iberdrola SA in Kirkwood, NY is seeking a Program Manager - Workforce Support to drive executive reporting, cross-functional alignment, and workforce governance for NY Networks (RG&E and NYSEG).

You will develop goals and metrics, coordinate weather readiness and planning, monitor budgets and headcount, and deliver concise leadership materials to ensure policy adherence and timely action.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage executive reporting and stakeholder communications by consolidating business updates, preparing leadership meeting materials, tracking strategic initiatives, and ensuring timely communication of key priorities and progress.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency by coordinating teams around shared goals and reducing duplication of effort.
• Develop program and departmental goals, performance measures, and reporting metrics.
• Support weather and restoration readiness activities, including plans and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with System Planning, Projects, and other functions to align interdependent business requirements.
• Maintain program and project tracking for monthly workplan meetings with status updates.
• Monitor expenditures and use of company resources, identifying risks and corrective actions.
• Lead budget planning and performance tracking with SAP data, including headcount planning and forecasting.
