Job summary

The Lead Analyst at ROCHESTER GAS & ELEC CORP will work with various parties to effectively create Purchase orders. This role requires a self-directed person able to resolve problems that arise routinely on Automation projects, including collaboration with vendors and cross-department interactions.

Located in Rochester, NY, the position supports budgeting, billing inquiries, and system changes, with a focus on timely reporting and accurate account reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with a minimum of 3 yrs or related experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years
• Proficient in Microsoft: PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Knowledge of the Company's Procurement and Budgeting terms and conditions
• Familiarity with SAP database systems required

Responsibilities

• Employs financial systems to create Purchase orders and Work Orders for RGE and NYSEG Automation department
• Supports Purchase Orders related to Storm Activation/Restoration
• Supports monthly and year end budgeting process
• Supports customer service, handling external and internal customer requests pertaining to billing
• Supports implementation of system changes and ensures monthly reporting and account reconciliations are accurate and timely

The salary range for this position is based on experience level ranging from $79,000 to $99,000 plus up to 16% bonus

Job Summary
