This position performs technical, analytical and statistical duties relating to forecasting and tariff development. Responsible for leading major, critical projects relating to rate proceedings and collaboratives in support of Company objectives. Provides regulatory support and advice to meet other business area objectives. Coordinates and executes load and DER forecasting efforts with NYISO and ISO-NE Committees. **Key Responsibilities*** Load Forecasting and associated load research analysis* Electric Peak Demand - forecasting and analysis Represent Company interests on various external forecasting / economic analysis task forces and/or working groups (i.e. ISO, FERC) Work with marketing department on large customer capacity expectations and impact on company demand (MW) forecasts* Statistical and variance analysis of deliveries and customers. Quantifying weather impact on monthly sales and extreme weather events. Analysis of current economic data and state policy goals, quantifying impact on Sales/Customers and relating important items to upper management.* Regulatory work, such as rate cases and IRs, on Load Forecasting issues.
