We're seeking a Lead Workday Analyst, Talent & Compensation to help optimize the technology that supports team member growth, development, performance, and rewards across Cor Partners. This role is ideal for an experienced Workday professional ready to grow beyond execution and take a larger role in shaping solutions, influencing decisions, and improving how People Technology delivers value, while remaining hands-on in the platform.
