PJM Interconnection, LLC is seeking a (Sr.) Lead Analyst/Engineer to advance the integration of distributed energy resources and demand-side resources into PJM wholesale markets. You will support market platforms, operational processes, and stakeholder engagement for a growing portfolio of distributed resources.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or other similar major.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Passion for the mission of delivering reliable and cost-effective electricity.
• Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support.
• Knowledge of retail electric customer concepts and wholesale electricity markets.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze complex operational and market data to support market platforms and processes.
• Develop and implement business rules and market requirements.
• Support critical grid operations during emergency conditions.
• Drive enhancements to systems and processes for DR and DER participation.
• Represent PJM in member-facing forums and educate stakeholders on market requirements.
