Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI to enable AI-driven insights across global Commercial systems. • 5+ years of analytics, data science, or marketing analytics experience with CRM/lifecycle measurement.
• Advanced SQL skills including joins, window functions, and CTEs.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer to build and automate data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern customer data assets; define source-of-truth datasets and data definitions.
• Monitor data quality across systems and improve accuracy and completeness.
• Prototype and evaluate GenAI use cases with guardrails and validation layers.
