Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the US is seeking a Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI to drive end-to-end analytics and AI enablement across global commercial systems. You will build trusted data assets, KPI frameworks, and predictive solutions to improve lead generation, opportunity management, and customer engagement.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data Strategies to ensure data quality, measurement integrity, and responsible AI governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, data science, or marketing analytics with CRM measurement.
• Experience turning business questions into hypotheses and analyses.
• Ability to partner with cross‑functional stakeholders and influence without authority.
• Knowledge of CRM privacy concepts and governance controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define data strategies, datasets, and KPI frameworks for commercial analytics.
• Oversee data quality, integrity, and reproducibility across systems.
• Prototype GenAI use cases with guardrails and validation.
• Lead analytics intake for CRM and other commercial platforms.
• Translate business needs into clean data models and deliverables.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and bias mitigation.
