Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing/customer analytics, including hands-on CRM/lifecycle measurement.
• Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, CTEs) and experience with large-scale, complex datasets.
• Proven hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer to build, automate, and optimize end-to-end data workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Orthopaedics products, procedures, and customer profiles.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern customer data assets: Partner with Data Strategies to define source-of-truth datasets and quality monitoring; document logic and ensure reproducibility.
• Data Quality & integrity: Monitor and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• GenAI for Commercial enablement: Prototype and evaluate generative AI use cases with guardrails and human validation.
• Stakeholder leadership: Partner on analytics intake and prioritization for CRM and other Commercial platforms.
• Commercial measurement and insights: Define KPI frameworks and translate business needs into clean data models.
• Responsible data & AI: Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent, security, and AI governance policies.
• Mentorship: Coach analysts on analytical rigor and SQL best practices.
