Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI to advance data-driven decision making across CRM and Commercial platforms. You will help mature data assets, ensure quality, and explore GenAI use cases while maintaining governance and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, data science, or marketing analytics with hands-on CRM/lifecycle measurement.
• Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, CTEs).
• Hands-on Alteryx Designer experience to build end-to-end data workflows.
• Strong ability to clean, blend, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of Orthopaedics products, procedures, and customer profiles.
• Experience translating business questions into hypotheses and analyses with clear recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern customer data assets; define source-of-truth datasets and quality monitoring.
• Monitor data quality, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Prototype and evaluate GenAI use cases with governance and guardrails.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize analytics for CRM and Commercial platforms.
• Define KPI frameworks and translate needs into clean data models.
• Ensure data privacy, consent, security, and governance compliance; mitigate biases.
• Coach analysts on analytical rigor, SQL best practices, and experimentation.
