Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Lead Analyst, Commercial Data & AI to drive analytics across the Depuy Synthes suite. You will build trusted data assets, deliver KPI frameworks, and create predictive and generative AI solutions that improve lead generation, opportunity management, and customer engagement.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data Strategies to ensure data quality and responsible AI practices, while mentoring analysts in SQL, governance, and experimentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, data science, or marketing analytics, including hands‑on CRM/lifecycle measurement.
• Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, CTEs) with large‑scale datasets.
• Hands‑on Alteryx Designer to build, automate, end‑to‑end data workflows.
• Ability to clean, blend, and transform large datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong knowledge of Orthopaedics products, procedures, and customer profiles.
• Experience translating business questions into hypotheses and analytical plans.
• Ability to partner with cross‑functional stakeholders and influence without authority.
• Knowledge of data privacy concepts and governance controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern customer data assets with source‑of‑truth definitions and quality monitoring.
• Monitor and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Prototype and evaluate GenAI use cases with guardrails, validation, and measurement.
• Lead analytics intake and prioritization for CRM and Commercial platforms.
• Define KPI frameworks and translate needs into clean data models for leadership.
