A leading semiconductor manufacturer is looking for a Lead IC Design Engineer to develop RF transceiver products. You will be responsible for the entire design cycle, including architecture, schematic design, layout, and testing. Candidates should have experience with PLL and ADC design, as well as a complete design cycle of RF transceivers. This role requires a strong understanding of RF circuit components and the ability to fix design issues for subsequent production phases.
Qualifications
Experience in RF transceiver design through one complete design cycle including architecture, schematic, and validation.
Proven ability in PLL, Clock Systems, IF filter, VGA, Transmitter, and ADC design.
Strong understanding of circuit components including RF blocks such as LNA, DAC, and Power Amplifiers.
Responsibilities
Lead design of RF transceivers from concept to validation.
Conduct testing and implement design fixes for tape out.
Collaborate in the design of various RF subsystems.
