Job summary
A leading semiconductor foundry is seeking a highly motivated mmW/RF/Analog Circuit Design Engineer to join their RF design team. The role focuses on pioneering advanced technology nodes in RF design and will involve collaborating on innovative semiconductor technologies. Ideal candidates must have 15+ years of experience in mmW/RF/Analog circuit design and hold a Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer Engineering. Position offers competitive compensation along with relocation support where applicable.
Qualifications
- 15+ years direct experience in mmW/RF/Analog circuit design for wireless/communication applications.
- Proven tape-out experience in delivering commercial designs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate system requirements into design specifications.
Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and validate mmW/RF/Analog building blocks.
- Collaborate with test engineers to drive accurate silicon-to-simulation correlation.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation.
