You will support the development of advanced 2G/3G/4G/5G cellular transceiver RFICs, collaborating with various engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience in RFIC design, specifically in wireless communication. Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
• Experience in design of RFICs for wireless communication in RF CMOS technologies.
• Track record in development of RFIC products for high-volume production.

Responsibilities

• Choice of circuit topology for circuit blocks.
• Collaboration with engineering teams to analyze trade-offs and define targets.
• Oversight of layout activity and reporting of technical status.

Skills

RFIC design experience

Knowledge of cellular system standards

Teamwork and communication skills

Education

MSEE preferred; BSEE acceptable
