Job summary

Capgemini Engineering, a world leader in engineering services, seeks an RF Design Engineer to drive product design from concept through release. You will lead RF circuit design for low‑cost wireless products, perform measurements, and ensure compliance with specifications.

The role involves collaboration with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing teams across the product lifecycle. A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 5+ years of RF experience are required; a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related industrial experience.
• In-depth understanding of electronic circuits, RF circuits and Microwave theory.
• Good understanding of RF system and wireless communication system.
• Master’s degree, RF certification, and DSP training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new RF products and improve processes for wireless systems.
• Lead RF circuit design from concept to production, including PA, LNA, filters, mixers and synthesis.
• Perform RF measurements using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes and network analyzers.
• Verify designs meet requirements through analysis, simulation and testing.
• Document results and conduct field studies and system tests.
• Provide design and project support across regulatory, reliability and component selection.
• Coordinate and verify work of technicians and CAD designers.
