Job summary

The AM Cook at Marriott Lexington Griffin Gate Golf Resort & Spa oversees and assists with the preparation of all food items across the Restaurant, Café, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria, and Banquets, maintaining high standards to deliver appealing, appetizing meals.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience in a kitchen setting.
• Minimum 5 years progressive kitchen experience or culinary graduate with 1 year.
• Food Handlers Certification per state requirements.

• Must maintain composure and exhibit initiative.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and consistent quality to meet opening hours and banquet timelines.
• Maintain sanitation and the 'Clean as You Go' policy across stations.
• Train staff on kitchen equipment operation and safety practices.
