Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
Ensure adequate operational coverage and manpower utilization.
Maintain a safe, dependable operation and conductAgent observations.
Schedule and administer local training including new hire training.
Resolve operational and customer service issues promptly.
Assist with check-in, ticketing, and baggage handling as needed.
Collaborate with team to ensure safe and on-time departures.
Maintain records such as attendance and performance.
