Job summary

Galaxy Technology Hires LLC in Waco, TX is seeking a Lead Project Engineer to oversee complex hardware/software systems on airborne platforms and the Digital ICE product line. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience or graduate degree with 7+ years of related experience
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 12 years of related experience
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret (SCI)
• Experience in Aircraft Integration, Test and Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams in program execution and bid/proposal activities.
• Provide technical leadership to resolve design and integration challenges for system integration efforts.
• Lead integration of hardware and software for Electronic Attack Mission Systems and Digital ICS products.
• Manage program planning, guidance, and engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Track Engineering Performance Metrics and brief program status to senior leadership.
• Monitor cost and schedule execution and explain variances with recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with engineering processes and policies and travel to test events as needed.

Education
