Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Active DoD secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret (SCI).
• Experience in program planning, guidance, and engineering execution.
• Proven leadership in IPT/functional roles and stakeholder communication.
• Background with ICS systems and aircraft integration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional engineering teams in program execution.
• Provide technical leadership to resolve design and integration challenges.
• Support integration design for Digital ICS components and interfaces.
• Lead development of software/hardware for ICS products and mission systems.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and senior leadership; travel as needed.
• Track performance metrics, schedule, and cost, reporting monthly.
