The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in aviation maintenance with an Airframe & Powerplant license, strong leadership, and the ability to work under deadlines on multiple projects. Weekend coverage and shift differential apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and Airframe and Powerplant License are required.
• A valid driver's license for airline travel is ideal but not mandatory.
• Aircraft-specific factory training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete jobs with good judgement and involve management when needed.
• Train and mentor technicians assigned to projects.
• Perform general mechanical work on aircraft and related systems.
