Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and A&P license required.
• Driver's license is ideal but not mandatory.
• Aircraft factory training preferred.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred.
• 4+ years in program-specific airframes.
• Minimal supervision and ability to lead small teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure smooth turnover of work to the next shift.
• Identify opportunities to reduce aircraft turn time.
• Train and mentor technicians on projects.
• Supervise daily workload and project execution.
• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate aircraft systems.
• Ensure compliance with FAA guidelines and safety rules.
