Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete the necessary jobs and tasks with good judgment.
• Implement strong turnover of work to the next shift.
• Reduce turn time of aircraft where possible.
• Train and mentor technicians on projects.
• Supervise team members in daily workload and ensure quality.
• Work independently on projects and manage multiple projects.
