Job summary

You will manage day-to-day tasks, mentor staff, and drive efficient project flow to ensure timely aircraft readiness. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and an Airframe & Powerplant license, with 8+ years in aviation maintenance and 4+ years in program-specific airframes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred.
• 4+ years in program-specific airframes.
• High school diploma or equivalent and Airframe and Powerplant license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete required jobs and manage day-to-day tasks.
• Train and mentor technicians; supervise daily workload.
• Improve turnover of work between shifts and reduce turn times on aircraft.
• Coordinate projects, communicate effectively with customers and management.
• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
