Qualifications

• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred
• 4+ years in program specific airframes
• Minimal supervision and ability to lead small teams
• Subject matter expert with broad knowledge of the job

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete jobs and tasks with sound judgment
• Ensure smooth turnover to the next shift
• Identify opportunities to reduce turn time of aircraft
• Train/mentor technicians assigned to projects
• Supervise daily workload of team members
• Lead multiple projects with emphasis on schedule and quality
• Perform mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems
• Troubleshoot and evaluate systems on aircraft as designated
• Inspect aircraft and components
• Coordinate project management and customer support roles
• Communicate in English clearly and effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
